At Sweet Reserve, we take great care in preparing and delivering your cakes with love and precision. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand how and when your sweet treats will arrive.

Order Processing Time

All orders are freshly prepared and made to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your cake is shipped or delivered. We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping and local delivery within select areas in the United States only.
If you’re outside our delivery range, your order may be canceled and fully refunded before processing.

Delivery & Shipping Methods

We offer the following delivery options:

  • Local Delivery (available in specific ZIP codes): Delivered directly to your doorstep within the scheduled delivery window.

  • Express Shipping (for eligible items): Shipped via trusted carriers to ensure the product arrives fresh and intact.

Note: Not all cakes are eligible for shipping due to their delicate nature.

While we aim to deliver on your selected date, please note that exact delivery times are not guaranteed. External factors like weather or carrier delays may impact timing.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping and delivery information. Sweet Reserve is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Delayed Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or significantly delayed, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Include a photo and description so we can assess the issue. Please understand we cannot refund for issues beyond our control once the product has left our facility.
