sweet Reserve Bakery Fall 2025 Menu

Autumn is the season when kitchens smell like cinnamon, nutmeg, and new baked goods.  We want warm, cozy, and a little indulgent desserts when it gets cooler outside.  Whether you're making pumpkin-themed pastries or classic fruity treats, baking in the fall always feels special.  Enjoy some of my favorite fall baked goods in this post. There's pumpkin tart, pumpkin cheese muffins, apple crisp, pumpkin scones, pumpkin cheese danishes, pumpkin cookies, and even vegan raspberry matcha muffins.  Each one tastes and has a story of its own, but they all have one thing in common: they make fall gatherings more cozy and enjoyable.

Pumpkin Tart

Not only are pumpkin tarts tasty, but they also make you feel like you're in the fall.  They're great at any party because they have a crisp crust and a creamy pumpkin filling.  For an extra treat, you can serve them with whipped cream, caramel, or even a scoop of ice cream.  The best part? They’re easy to make ahead of time, so you don’t need to stress when guests arrive. A pumpkin tart is simple, festive, and a dessert that always makes the season feel special.

Pumpkin Cheese Muffin

Pumpkin cheese muffins are like two treats in one—fluffy pumpkin spice on the outside with a smooth cream cheese surprise in the middle. They make a cozy breakfast or a quick snack with coffee. To make them even more interesting, you can put chocolate chips or nuts on top.  They stay soft for days, which is great for busy mornings when you need to make something ahead of time.  With a fun and creamy twist, these muffins are the best way to enjoy pumpkin.

Apple Crisp

Apple crisp is one of those comfort foods that you can eat with your hands.  Warm apples with cinnamon and sugar and a golden oat crumble on top—this is the best kind of comfort food.  Putting some vanilla ice cream on top makes it taste even better.  This recipe is great because it doesn't need any special ingredients. You can make it whenever apples are in season.  When people sit down to eat, apple crisp always makes them smile.

Pumpkin Scone

Soft, slightly sweet pumpkin scones go well with a hot cup of tea. They have that classic pumpkin spice flavor—cinnamon, nutmeg, and a little ginger. Many bakers top them with a sweet glaze, but they’re just as good plain with butter. They freeze really well, too, so you can bake a batch and save some for later. Whether enjoyed fresh out of the oven or warmed up the next day, pumpkin scones are a simple and cozy treat.

Pumpkin Cheese Danish

Pumpkin cheese Danishes are bakery favorites for good reason. The flaky pastry layers and creamy pumpkin filling taste like fall in every bite. A drizzle of icing on top makes them look as good as they taste. You don’t have to be a pro baker either—store-bought puff pastry works perfectly for this recipe. Serve them warm for breakfast, or bring them out as a sweet treat during the holidays. Either way, they’ll quickly disappear from the table.

Pumpkin Cookie

Pumpkin cookies are soft, cake-like, and full of cozy spice flavor. They’re not crunchy like classic cookies, but instead moist and fluffy. Some people add chocolate chips or nuts, while others drizzle cream cheese icing on top. However you make them, they’re always a hit with kids and adults alike. Bake a batch for a family gathering, and they’ll disappear in no time. These cookies are a simple yet satisfying way to savor the flavors of pumpkin season.

Vegan Raspberry Matcha Muffins

Making healthy raspberry matcha muffins is a fun thing to do.  The sour taste of raspberries goes well with the earthy taste of green tea powder, making these treats both unique and tasty.  Almond milk and coconut oil make them light, but they still fill you up.  These muffins are full of antioxidants and are great for breakfast or a pick-me-up in the middle of the day.  Even if you're not vegan, you'll love how soft and flavorful they are.  These treats show that baking can be healthy and still taste great.
